Bianchi Agent Angry With Lotito

AD 1 7/16/2008

When striker Rolando Bianchi was loaned out from Manchester City to Lazio, he was told that the Biancocelesti would certainly exercise the option to keep him at the club. However, president Claudio Lotito lived up to his promise yet, unfuriating the player's agent Tullio Tinti.

"When he came to Rome, Bianchi was promised that he would be at Lazio to stay," he said, "evidently sometimes to secure a player some clubs are willing to lie. We weren't counting on this, but now we know we shouldn't be trustful next time..."

Another client of Tinti's, new Torino player Nicola Amoruso, also had some trouble surrounding a possible move to Lazio.

"We had an agreement with Reggina about the transfer, but we couldn't agree on the salary. Lazio didn't want to satisfy the player's economic requests. After three good years at Reggina [where he scored 38 goals], he had some economic demands, which were deemed excessive by Lazio," Tinti concluded.
